Inspection regulations

Customers are allowed to check the goods before receiving. The company will support customers to return products according to the "return policy" if the product does not meet the requirements.

Cases eligible for return:

VVC's return policy only applies when products do not suit your needs.

Case 1: Return due to manufacturer error

Please save evidence of defective products in the following forms:

  1. Keep defective products with original packaging
  2. Take a photo or video of the defective product clearly showing the box and expiration date.
    Because some imported brands require the box for return. Therefore, there will be staff who will come to the place to collect the product and refund to customers in one of the following forms:
    • Amount according to the unit price at the time of purchase
    • The product is the same as the product the customer is using
    • Other products sold at VVC after compensation
    VVC will resolve within the possible scope, in other cases customers will be provided with manufacturer information to resolve.

Case 2: Return not due to product defect

In this case, we will flexibly resolve it to best suit both the customer and VVC. Please note that the product being considered for return must have been purchased no more than 15 days ago. Please keep the product packaging when requesting a return. The return fee is calculated according to the following items:

• Pay directly at the company: 10% of order value

• Staff comes to return at customer's home: 10% of order value + 1USD shipping fee.

Note

Please note that the return fee does not include products that customers have used, the value of the number of used products is calculated according to the unit price at the time of purchase. In the case of products with a shorter shelf life than the products listed at VVC, the purchase price will be applied from 70 - 80% of the selling price.

Return conditions

Customers need to check the status of the goods and can exchange/return goods immediately at the time of delivery/receipt in the following cases:

  • The product is not of the correct type or model as in the order placed or as on the website at the time of order.
  • Not enough quantity, not enough set as in order.
  • External damage such as torn packaging, peeling, breakage, etc.

Regulations on notification time and sending returned products

Time to notify about return: within 48 hours from receiving the product in case the product is missing accessories, gifts or broken.

Product return delivery time: within 03 - 05 days from receipt of product.

Product return location: Customers can bring the product directly to our office/store or transfer it through a shipping service provider.

Return Policy

We exchange the correct product type that the customer ordered for products that are delivered incorrectly/incorrect quantity or when the product does not meet the commitment.

Exchange another product of equivalent value for the customer in case the product the customer ordered is out of stock if the customer agrees. In case the customer no longer needs the product due to product defects or does not agree with the exchanged product, the company will refund the customer by bank transfer or according to the method agreed with the customer within 07 working days from the date of receiving the request.
